Who is the Wounded Child?

The wounded child archetype carries the tender imprints of early pain,
abandonment, neglect, loss, or betrayal.
It is the aspect of us that learned to hide, to please, or to harden.
This child lives within each of us, shaping how we love, trust, and express ourselves.

Yet within the wound lies the gold ,
a deep well of compassion, sensitivity, and the desire to heal.
When embraced through the violet flame of compassion,
the wounded child becomes the inner healer and the bridge to wholeness.

The Inner Critic and the Patriarch — How They Are Related

The Inner Critic is the voice of internalized authority
the echo of the patriarchal systems that once told us we were not enough.

“Most of us are all too familiar with the Inner Critic.
She’s the voice in our heads reminding us of our failings,
drowning out the whispers of love that our soul continually sends.”

The alchemy begins when we meet this voice with love.
Through awareness and compassion, we reclaim our innocence
and restore the balance of the inner Masculine and Feminine.

Alchemical Process:

This week we celebrate the birth of the Divine Hu-Man
the being who walks in harmony with all of Life,
rooted in innocence and radiant in wholeness.

We explore the dance of polarity ,
masculine and feminine, giving and receiving,
structure and flow and allow them to merge in the heart.

Through breath, movement, and ecstatic sound,
we awaken the Sacred Union within,
dissolving separation and returning to Unity.

Breath Practice for Sacred Union:

A living, embodied practice of ecstatic birth
birthing the Divine Hu-Man through the body as temple.

Ecstasy Is...

An experience of embracing all things equally —
shadow and light, sorrow and joy —
allowing everything to be held in Love.

We are not becoming Divine — we already are.
